As discussed, the issue was relating to the alternator pulley, which unfortunately is not something that would have been visible during the Dacia Approved preparation carried out prior to sale. That said, we fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you.
We’re pleased we were able to prioritise your vehicle in our workshop, carrying out a full investigation on the same day it returned to us, with the necessary parts fitted promptly the following day once they arrived. Unfortunately, I understand you were not able to take advantage of a replacement vehicle, but we made every effort to prioritise the repair to minimise disruption as much as possible.
